About Preview
1. Can I see a preview before ordering?
Sorry, we can not support you a preview before ordering. Every portrait is custom made for you and your pet, and the portrait designer can only start designing unique portrait according to your needs after receiving your order and the photos you provide.
2. Do you send proofs or previews before printing my portrait?
Yes, we will send you the preview for you, and you can request any changes before printing. We'll email you once your preview is ready.
3. How long will my preview take?
Once we receive your order and your pet photos, our artist will design a unique portrait of your pet within 48 hours.
About 1-2 business days after you place your order, you can preview your artwork.
4. Can I make changes to my preview?
There is no doubt you can make changes to your preview, we respect customers' opinion, our team will try our best to make sure your portrait is perfect.
When requesting changes please be as detailed as possible in the changes you wish to be made, this helps our team fully understand what they need to do and cuts back on further delays.
5. How long does it take for changes to be made to my preview?
If you've received a preview but requested some changes, it generally takes 1-2 business days for the artist to make those changes and send a new preview. Of course, we will always put your needs first in the design queue.
Note that this time may increase based on requested changes.
